Blaque,
I dig ya girl... you know I do...
You will crash and burn sooner or later. Then you will HAVE to go to sleep. Trust me I know this.
I have got to sleep. I cannot keep staying awake up, I will fall asleep where I stand if the lull in my day gets slow enough. Take care of the bod first so you can get the grip.

Unlike a lot of people, my life doesn't revolve around money, which is why I REFUSE to work in Corporate America.
I understand a lot of what you're saying, but ain't no way in hell I'm working 60-80 hours for a little extra money and risk my health and my life in addition to my personal life.
I feel one must have a good balance between work and life....so yeah, I have to get my sleep in addition to taking care of my body.

Not all of us are working 60-80 hours a week to obtain it. I still dont understand how you think WE women are "doing anything" as u put it, to obtain money. None of us are selling our bodies (no one would want mine anyway) ;D or selling drugs to get this money.

Maybe my mind works differently than other people but just because a person may put a higher value on money than they do on sleep and exercise does NOT mean that they are workaholics or that they totally exclude sleep and/or exercise from their lives. In a perfect world there would be a balance of all three of these things but we don’t live in a perfect world, at least I don’t. But I guess that’s the type of answer I would expect from a single man with no one to be responsible for but himself. Talk to me when you have a wife and kids and you have to choose between going to the gym 3-5 times a week or working 40 hours in the real world.

I'm sorry, but I don't buy that Blaque.
I know married folks who not only work 40+ hour, but work out and raise their kids.
If you can choose to have kids while you're working, I think you can also find the time to work out and do other stuff, if you choose. I certainly plan on doing so if I get married. It's all about having the will to do so.
