If a person marries someone who is turns out to be gay, how do YOU think the marriage should be dissolved (if at all)?

Treat it like any other divorce case. It's the person's fault for not doing more to find out as much about his/her wife/husband before they were married.
No special treatment is needed.

A part of me thinks that if a person goes into a marriage knowingly withholding pertinent information such as sexual preference, that marriage should become null and void.

I have to respectfully disagree.
No one goes into a marriage disclosing everything.

No Brother B, people don’t disclose everything, but if I was a lesbian and I married a man for his money wouldn’t that be considered fraud? Even if I kept the charade up for several years, I shouldn’t be entitled to anything because I went into the marriage under false pretenses.
Oh, and I’m not trying to change the way you feel about this. Emancipatory dialogue was my motivation for creating this board. But I feel like I have to qualify everything I say these days because people can’t have differing views without getting their panties in a bunch…

If you're gonna start annulling marriages because of this, then you might as well get ready to annul lots of other marriages for various other reasons. When will the B.S. end?
