Ladies are you into fitness, exercise, and healthy eating?
I am into fitness but when my husband hurt is back and had back surgery I had to stop to take care of him now I am looking for the motivation to get back into the gym.
Healthy eating I have to do everyday because in March I was diagnosed with DM Type II.
Tell me about you.

I am excersizing healthy eating now, on my own, for about a year now. I exercise every other day. I am conscious of myself physically moreso these days. I have not lost a lot of weight, mostly toned up.

I stopped going to the gym several months ago and it is so hard to get back on track. I'm a vegetarian so my diet is somewhat healthy. Although I am an admitted junk food junkie. It's the only way I know to handle stress right now.

I exercise daily ... use to train with weights big time prior to getting married. My diet is healthy ... I'm not a big meat or junk food eater. Sometimes I enjoy a hog feast though!

I walk/run on the treadmill at least 4 to 5 days a week at least 15 minutes and wear a pedometer to track how much I walk for the entire day. I watch how much I eat by not letting myself get full. I try to eat healthier snacks but I do eat some dried fruit nut/trail mix, I like veggie chips, salads. I also take Karate twice a week for the exercise. They run us through the paces with calisthentics, sparring, katas and other various techniques.
