Ladies, do you experience any symptoms before and during that time of the month? Mood swings, cramps, headaches, etc? If so, what do you take to help you cope? Whenever I'm REALLY eating healthy and/or exercising my symptoms are almost non-existent. But that's not enough of a reason for me to exercise regularly. What about you?

I'm moody anyway so when it is "that time," it just gets worse ;D almost any and everybody is fair game for my wrath. I sometimes get headaches and body aches before. The "girls" sometimes ache. During that time, killer cramps may happen. Last month was horrible

I have mood swings ... easily irritated. Don't piss me off when I'm bloated.

First day WAS usually the worst as far as mood and everything starting. But now I take BC pills to control all of that.

All of the above , I just tell everyone to stay away and steer away from my path. Exercise has helped me and eating healthy but I really rather be left alone.

It's rare that I have physical symptoms. When I do it's usually just mild bloat.
I know it's coming when there are changes in appetite, sleep, gregariousness.
Just before my period I get a healthy appetite. Usually I have to force myself to get in three good meals, but it's not such a chore premenstrual. And it's the time I crave fatty foods, such as cashews, cheeseburgers, and milkshakes. Every other time I crave mostly fruits for snacks.
I sleep better. More soundly. More hours.
Sometimes I get more outgoing. Eager to hang out a lot. And my libido rises.
For years I was told that eventually I'll be able to tell when my period is coming by a pain in the side or a ache at the temple. It's a rare month when that happens.

A bit of bloating, back pain, light cramping, and more back pain more than usual these past few years.
But I don't really have an attitude problem doing that time.
