How many of you ladies out there have a fitness plan?
I have one with my insurance, I am trying to be compliant but there are many days that I feel lazy.

I have a simple fitness plan .... working out with cardio and weights every day .. I alternate the days I lift weights.
I love how great I feel afterwards. There are some days though that I can only do like 30 minutes of workout cause I'm too tired.

Although I'm currently not a member, my company has a partnership with a local gym. We can join and pay our fees through payroll deduction. This is definitely something I need to do. It's just a matter of taking the first step.
