Ladies, are you good at speaking your mind if someone offends you or do you step down and shy away?
The older I get , I realize that I am very open and abrupt about what is on my mind. I use to shy away and always worry about hurting others but with time I found that it is best to say what is on your mind. I try my best not to hurt or offend others but there are times when "the cup runneth over".

You know what Cinna, this is something that I struggle with. I try to be a non-confrontational person. So if someone does something to piss me off, I don't say anything initially because I don't want that person to think that I am contrary about every little thing that they do. I tend to keep stuff inside but then blow up all of a sudden for no apparent reason. I'm going through it RIGHT NOW actually. Instead of speaking my mind to a friend, I am trying to ignore what is pissing me off.

The older I get, the more I speak up and I probably come across as hard and/or harsh. Depending on the person and what is done or said, I may not speak on it right away but at some point in time, you best believe I am going to say something to them. I hate to blame stuff on PMS but if it happens around that time, I go slam off and dont care. Sometimes it is best not to keep stuff in cause it just marinates and simmers, THEN things get said in the heat of the moment that may or may not been necessary. *I need to follow my own advice about that*
