Do you believe a man to be insecure if he can't handle your independence?

Yes! If a man shows signs of being threatened by my confidence or my ability to be self sufficient, then he’s insecure and I won’t deal with that.
Insecurity is a HUGE turn off.

Do you believe a man to be insecure if he can't handle your independence? Insecurity is also constantly seeking attention and/or approval. I find this to be true from both sexes.

I met this man once who kept asking me what I liked about him. Hell, he asked me so much that I started questioning my reasons for being interested in him too. ;D No one likes an insecure person.

If we go out, he asks me, "how do I look?" on one outing, I looked at him and said, "ummmm u didnt do too well today." He sent a couple of emails the other day...he THEN calls and asks, "did you share them with your coworkers? did they laugh?" I deleted them after I read them

Yes they are insecure and it not only spills over in the fact that you are self-sufficient, but also in the fact that you may be the type of person who can participate or do things alone.

Yes, he is because being with him doesn't mean that you are to be totally dependent on him. The sad thing is that some men like to be in control.
