Will you let your children curse in front of you? At what age is it acceptable for children to speak candidly with their parents? Do you or did you curse in front of your parents?

No age is acceptable and I wouldn't allow them to curse in front of me. I am also not naive to know that they will do it in school. All I can do is teach them respect and expect the best from them.

I agree. It's about respect.

It ain't never a good age. I still flinch when I accidently curse in front of my mother cause I'm waiting on a backhand in the mouth. Parents really need to teach our kids other ways to communicate other than cursing. There is no excuse for a CHILD to even curse while talking to his/her parents
