When I look in the mirror at my Black skin I see centuries of determination and pride
When I look at the color of my Black skin I think of all the pioneers that bled and died
When I wash my black skin I think of the struggles of the enslaved
When i look at my dark skin I think of the road for ME they paved
When I bleed from my Black Skin I think of Martin and Malcolm X
When I love a Black woman I know it will be the best and hottest sex
When I die a Black man.. I know I will have lived a warriors life
When I get to heaven as a Black man I'll than God for every bit of strife
Why....Because I was proud to be a Black man
