White people are uncomfortable around intelligent and confident Black people, they usually fire them or kill them! MLK and Malcom X are just 2 examples! Even Colin Powell got "canned" because Bush trusted Rumsfeld over Powell...how many damn wars did Rumsfeld fight in? If a Black man shows any leadership or confidence he is a THREAT to the white supremecy aura!

You find that sometimes in Corporate America too. If a Black person is confident and intelligent, he or she is perceived as threatening.

Or maybe a little or a lot of both.

Insecurities about themselves that a Black Man can do just as well or even better is a big treat to white America, so they either try to sabotage or fire the Black man.
