Good day family, I know what I'm puting across is no news. But I want you all to look at it from the point of view of poverty stricken person who refused all overtures to get rich quick. More than seven hunderd Nigerians, specifically in Lagos were roasted beyond recognition,in infero that was ignited by a vandalised pipe of the petroleum agency in the country. Agreed, the people were at fault for endangering thier lives by going to scoop the oil. But,if the people were given the expected attention as it's expected,I doubt if this accident will occur. The accident of 26th December,2006,is not the first one, neither will it be last. One of the annoying thing is that,in other parts of the country, citizens of number one oil producing country in Africa are scavenging for oil. The elected polticians are making a hell of money by enriching themselves.Where do you want those that were not elected, appointed to make ends meet? I 'll continue after this time.

Thank you for giving us your perspective. It's one thing to hear about the incident on television, but this is truly your reality.
God bless.

If I must add that, similar incidents occured in different part of Lagos, but did not lead to explosions. All the same, what people could not get from the government,is what they 'try' to get directly. Mind you, there is no way an insider from the petroleum agency will not connive with the vandals.
