I like being able to recognize and say Happy Birthday to all members but what do you do if the member joined and never posted since joining or activated their account?

There has been times when I sent birthday emails or e-cards to members even though they've never posted or don't post often. Most never acknowledge the email or ecard. So, unless it is an active member, I guess we don't necessarily have to make a post. They will probably not log on to see it anyway.
I sent an email to bedroomeyes from the Blaque Experience family, but I don't know how long I will continue to email people who don't bother to activate their accounts.
