I know your style of dress will attract people. Although we started out as naked with only leaves and squirrels tied around our areas, waaaaaaaaaay, back in the day, lol. But we have become so enthralled with eye candy, that do I REALLY need to dress secuctively or show my curves for a man to notice me? What if that is something I want to show for a man who has earned it?
MEN, must I dress seductively to get noticed by you?
Ladies, do you feel we must do so, to get noticed?

I don't feel as though we have to dress seductively, but I am a woman who's not afraid to show a little skin. People will argue that if I wear a tank top and jeans, I'm doing so to attract men. That's untrue. I love my curves and I'm not afraid to show them off.

Outside of make-up, I feel a women should be ABLE to show what she has to offer physically. Men are what we are!! BUT, thats were I draw the line!!!. as for the make -up part, I would like to clarify my feelings. To Me and most black men!!!!. We hate it when black women were to many accessories!!. Because the first thing we see is beauty!!!, not your mind, that comes later!!!. I personally think black women wear to much make -up, and most of the time, it's not needed!!! Now correct me if I'm wrong, if you already have beautful full lips, why cover them UP!! If you have a shape to die for!!! why over state thee obvious??. Hair is another issue along with weight!!(yeah i said it .) We as men don't mind you looking sexy, but if you always feel you must be at your best (looking wise) don't blame us for looking for replacements, as you get older or can't hold on to that Image, you made us love!!!. I for one love natural looking women!!!! i love what GAWD gave YOU!!! Now out side of SEX, which is a whole, different POST. none of which you mentioned, is needed.

I also agree that too many black women over-do it in the makeup and accessories department and I used to shy away from women who fit that profile because I saw "HIGH MAINTENENCE" front and center.
Plenty of women - including my girlfriend - look great with little or no makeup.
There's nothing wrong with showing a little skin, but a lot of black women are overdoing it by showing too much cleavage, have skirts that are so short you can literally see her panties/bootie cheeks, pants that are so tight you can see her camel toe and have hair that is just ri-damn-diculous. All of that are simply turnoffs to me and a lot of the good brothers.
If you had a fine shape when you met the brother, do your damndest to keep it, even if all the exercise you do is walking. If I can keep my weight in check, so can you.
